ultimately the true gift to a big agenda is the growing autonomy and self organising of all the elements.. everyone’s ability to take care of themselves and each other.. t in diverse communities facing the future together..

learn from ken wilber and the integral community about diff forms of agency.. together w integral practitioner matthew kalman i hosted the london integral circle which met monthly for 10 yrs.. 1990s to 00s.. several of our regular group visited boulder co where wilber hosted them.. it was in this period i began to see.. politics should focus on creating the conditions for people to bring out the best of their innate capabilities so they can then set the agenda themselves..

even ‘self’ agenda is cancerous distraction.. need rather.. to find the bravery to change your mind ness..

for 6 years i wrote regularly for the guardian on this topic.. how understanding of self power would change the way we look at agency.. my first book – soft power agenda describes all these

yet there was a piece missing, namely a non spiritual language for the inner world that could explain why humans flourish (or fail to).. led me to study human givens psycho social therapy for 2 yrs.. eventually takin on clients from my home office.. it taught me about *essential emotional needs and the resources we have to meet those needs..t i understood **how our brains operate thru pattern matching, taking short cuts thru linear cog processes by seeing similarities between past/present/events.. which ***makes us able to respond faster to stimuli.. i learn about how trauma works to shut our capacities.. ****forcing us into fight or flight responses .. and *****how our dreaming brain can both free us of emotional clutter at night as well as trap us into trances of unconscious obedience during the day.. t in short.. i learned much of what i was still missing in my general understanding of human agency

such patterns reflect what i call fractal emergence – rapid imitating an duplicating, based on self similarity rather than rigid structures.. they show what it could mean to be free to express authentically at the community level, both real and virtual

yeah.. i don’t think so.. if we’re ‘patterning’.. we’re not unpredictability/surpris ing.. so not alive .. so wrong fractal.. so not legit free..

the fractal (pattern if you must) we need to org around is authenticity and attachment.. missing pieces.. if we do.. all else will fall into place.. will dance.. sans any form of measuring, accounting, people telling other people what to do .. if we think we need more than that for a ‘pattern’ – fractal.. then we’re entering the realm of cancerous distractions which will just keep on perpetuating not-us ness.. sea world ness.. myth of tragedy and lord ness
