These issues are discussed and debated in strategic and tactical terms by cosmo-localists, including the roles and attitudes towards elites, the nature of the coming revolution, etc … See for example, The Geopolitics of Cosmo-Localism. No one would argue: the commons is the main idea that needs to be developed.
because legit commons ness has to be sans any form of us & them (which nothing has been to date).. otherwise we keep perpetuating myth of tragedy and lord ness et al
Unfortunately, it contradicts the Roman idea of property and inheritance, and above all the very idea of what a human being is.
Interesting question is how to change it.
