see.. in a way.. that is a serious tech problem.. because we have the means for global unity/coherence (tech as it could be).. and we’re missing it

need 1st/most: means to undo our hierarchical listening to self/others/nature so we can org around legit needs

1 min – ie: money to restore farmland.. would take 1/10 of military budget; hunger.. more than enough food to feed all world’s hungry is wasted every year, and that’s not even considering amount of arable land that’s devoted to lawn grass.. there are no technically difficult problems to solve right now..

the root of all our problems is our incoherency.. t

coherency we need: imagine if we listened to the itch-in-8b-souls 1st thing everyday & used that data to connect us (tech as it could be.. ai as augmenting interconnectedness)

and what fuels that is a very ancient pattern of dehumanizing each other.. same pattern as de sacralizing nature.. so i think a lot on this level of story.. when we dehumanize somebody a story about them is part of it.. i don’t think it’s the cause of it.. it’s more of a facilitator of it..t this cognitive level is just the shell..

2 min – climate change is a symptom of million diff forms of ecocide..

3 min – maybe we don’t know.. maybe we need to look toward surviving cultures.. maybe none of survived in tact.. but some have a fair degree of integrity..

when you’re talking about allowing the breath to breathe you.. you’re acknowledging an intelligence beyond your own.. you don’t have to control things.. don’t have to make yourself breathe.. because the body has intelligence.. t

4 min – so that shift mirrors the shift of civ’s conception of itself and its role in the world.. where the old story .. tech story.. defines progress as imposing more and more of our own design and intelligence onto a world that has none.. it’s not going to just be all chaos out there because we’re going to impose intelligence on it because it’s not intelligent in and of itself.. t consciousness and intelligence.. those are only in human beings in that old story

and now as that is breaking apart.. as we see the promise of tech utopia recede forever into the distance.. again we’re like.. maybe we don’t have it right.. and we open to being participants.. not directors.. in a much bigger intelligence.. t

the opp.. the threshold that we are at right now is to re enter the larger being ness of all life.. t

ie: org around a problem deep enough (aka: org around legit needs) to resonate w/8bn today.. via a mechanism simple enough (aka: tech as it could be) to be accessible/usable to 8bn today.. and an ecosystem open enough (aka: sans any form of m\a\p) to set/keep 8bn legit free
