This chaos will be strongest at the largest scales of human society.

as long as society means sea world.. yeah.. because then largest is always/forever not all

but the crazy/unbelievable/not-yet-tried part is.. if it’s legit all.. only ‘seeming chaos’.. ie: peter (p) on chaotic transition ness

And will ricochet down the scales.

But we can act now to increase resilience at local scale, which will dampen the ricochet.
