rock (constant: maté basic needs) is what we need to org around first/global..

flowers (ever changing: interconnectedness; intelligence; health; climate; .. commoning.. undisturbed ecosystem) are what happens/uncovers ongoingly when we do that

if we try to org around the changing/diverse thing.. which is what we’ve been doing.. we get tragedy of the non common et al

if we don’t org around the constant/already-in-us thing.. we’ll never get in sync enough for the dance (undisturbed ecosystem) to dance.. if we focus around something that’s not already in everyone one of us.. that training (to get whatever we need to have to access/use the org that’s not already us) throws us out of sync .. in particular.. by imposing a hierarchy of learning (enclosure/colonialism/et-al)

what we need is a means to undo and keep undoing hierarchical listening
