intro’d to Angélica here (ted2016) -The beauty of human skin in every color:

color of skin not only gives first impression.. but one that remains..

outside home.. color had many other meanings..

in the end.. with this color and this hair.. i cannot belong in some places

as photographer i realize i can be a channel for others to communicate..

as an individual… every time i take a picture i feel i’m sitting in front of a therapist.. all frustration/fear/loneliness that i once felt…. becomes love…

we still have to work hard to abolish discrimination.. will not disappear by itself.
