i don’t think a women should be brought to the table or considered a leader because she’s a woman, but because she’s a  human being.

we need to rethink what it means to be a leader. having a title, or a certain age, doesn’t determine leadership. ie: we have these categories called global shapers, et al, why can’t we just consider them leaders? why not just invite them to sit at the table with us..

it’s not a question of – are there enough women leaders to come – it’s about redefining leadership

rapes in india – every 20 min, in the us – every 6 min

do we really want to play this game…?

i think we’d do a good job – give us a chance…
