i think people are coming around to the understanding that the system we have doesn’t make any sense.. this is not a system that is going to cause our children to be doing better than us.. the only real justification we have left are either moral.. if don’t pay debts, if don’t work harder than you want to be working you’re a bad person or.. alternately.. sheer hopelessness.. like there’s nothing we can do .. anything else will be even worse.. despair essentially

we have a fear of freedom and it affects the way we treat each other.. every aspect of how we think

*freedom is ecologically sustainable in a way that production is not.. why don’t we work to make ourselves more free..t and take care of each other to make ourselves more free and **reimagine what that would mean and ***see our material provisioning as simply a way of facilitating that process of care and freedom rather than it being the end in itself..
