neuroscientist explains how thought held for 17 seconds wills tart to manifest

there’s a law in physics that basically says that when you have energy that is vibrating at a particular frequency.. w/in 17 seconds other energy like that will be attracted to it.. so if i’m having a positive/negative thought.. what happens is that energy is attracted to other thoughts that are like that thought.. so if you do that 17 seconds.. for 68 seconds.. then momentum begins to occur

normally all of our emotions have a frequency to them.. if i’m in despair or anger or worry .. all of those are lower denser frequencies.. you get into things like contentment.. happiness.. joy.. love.. those are higher faster frequencies

so let’s say i normally live in contentment.. and that’s my set point because that’s where i live.. i think about that all the time.. that’s what my makeup is.. when get angry.. lowers frequency.. start vibrating lower frequency.. i’m attracting into the world whatever i’m vibrating.. so whatever my thoughts are .. that’s what’s creating my reality..

People with “high vibrations” already live among us – here are 5 signs by which you can immediately see them compare with yourself.

1. They don’t argue. Not because they’re weak – but because they instantly feel when a conversation stops having a soul. They don’t waste breath trying to “win.” Their energy isn’t built on proving, fighting, or convincing. It’s built on creating. They don’t scream about positivity – they live it quietly, without noise.

2. They stay calm even when everything burns around them. Others panic, react, rush. They breathe. They move slower, softer, like they trust life in a way most people forgot how to. Their nervous system doesn’t get dragged into someone else’s chaos – and that’s why standing next to them feels like exhaling after holding your breath too.

3. They choose solitude for the right reasons. Not from hurt, not from pride – but from fullness. Their inner world is so alive that silence feels like home. They don’t chase attention; they don’t beg for presence. And ironically, that’s what makes people gravitate toward them – their energy doesn’t pull, it invites.

4. They sense dishonesty instantly. Not with logic – with their body. The energy shifts, the tone changes, and something inside them quietly says: “No.” They don’t argue, they don’t expose you – they simply step away. Their calmness can seem cold, but it’s just a refusal to be tangled in emotions that don’t belong

5. They walk through pain differently. They don’t drown in it, they don’t hide from it. They meet it. They understand that pain is not punishment – it’s purification. That’s why their life looks “light” from the outside, when in truth, they’ve lived through storms that would break most people. They just learned how to turn suffering into clarity instead of identity.
