Unless we are of a growth Mindset (Carol Dweck), we will most likely have some type of blinder on that will keep us from noticing things that matter.We need to resist temptations to label and define boundaries. We need to listen deeply to ensure unexpected encounters have the highest potential quality. If we are mindful – notice new things – we live in the present, and we can take advantage of opportunities, .. we’ll no longer be applying yesterday’s solutions to today’s problems, Dr Ellen Langer.
