Heather Gallimore is a Jamaica-based child rights consultant; she has supported the best interests of children, particularly young children across the Caribbean region, over the last 12 years. Heather initiated, developed and leads the five year old UNICEF-supported Child Rights Education Project of the Caribbean Child Development Centre, University of the West Indies Open Campus.
