Hi everyone,
Happy 2026!
We want to bring everyone together who’s been working on or thinking about the Survival Kit Collection with us. It’s been a busy year, and it feels like time to actually talk to each other and figure out what happens next.
The Survival Kit Collection brings together artists, engineers, and activists working on open-source technologies that communities can actually use and replicate—spirulina cultivation, 3D printing, and other tools for resilience. Lets try to build communal luxury in places marked by poverty, factory whistles, and abandonment
On the call:
- Quick update on what happened in 2025: the prison project in Saint Vincent, spirulina experiments, and our assembly at the 39th Chaos Computer Club Congress in Hamburg
- Introductions—many of you haven’t met yet
- Planning for 2026: distribution networks, new locations, possible collaborations
