Bobbi Macdonald, Executive Director of the City Neighbors Foundation

Mrs. Macdonald is a vocal proponent of the charter school movement in Baltimore. She serves as a Chair of the Coalition of Charter schools and as a Director on the Board of the Maryland Charter School Network, the statewide organization. Mrs. Macdonald taught early childhood education and kindergarten in several colleges’ child development laboratory schools, and served as literacy trainer for Head Start and the Children’s Literacy Initiative. Mrs. Macdonald received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Illinois, Champaign, in Human Development and Family Ecology. She holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, in Curriculum and Instruction.
