Will is founder and CEO of Project:Citizen, a government technology startup headquartered in Anaheim, California. Project:Citizen builds software tools that allow municipal residents to represent themselves directly, without needing an elected official. These tools include: digital petitioning, authenticated voting, participatory budgeting, and crowdsourced legislation-writing. The goal is to quantify public sentiment, and use a data-driven crowdsourced approach to governance.
