on art:

I have spent my art study expanding my knowledge and exploring mediums. I have created many new works with paper quilling including quite a few cards on which I worked on simplification and design. I often find myself making my works to busy so it was great practice for me and I am now trying to incorporate that more in my AP works. I also spent time on the internet and in paper quilling books studying new curls and folds, as well as techniques. I spent a ton of time painting one of the murals on 4th street and really enjoyed that to. Through this study I have definitely increased my knowledge and have improved my work by choosing works that helped me improve the issues I am having trouble with in AP.

on phlebotomy

Phlebotomy is 1 credit and the course is almost finished. I just did my externship so I have to fill out paperwork and then it will be done. I will be doing the health fairs to get more sticks and practice on some Saturdays for the rest of the school year.

There really is not a course that corresponds with phlebotomy school. I’m not sure on a course number for the art study either. I did focus a lot on quilling and this is a 3-D art form so it could be used as a sculpture class, but I also did some 2-D work for the course.
